RAINBOW FRUIT

Who said healthy had to be boring? You can easily end with your sugar cravings with this recipe I came across:  Fresh berries, juicy citrus and gorgeous green kiwi combined with any other fruit of your choice and next to it, a small bowl of vanilla yoghourt with a bit of honey and cinnamon to dip with. So amazingly tasty and healthy!

Las meriendas sanas no tienen por qué necesariamente ser aburridas. Una de mis favoritas es esta tan sencilla de preparar: trocea la fruta de tu gusto, pínchala en palillos y mójala en yogur de vainilla, miel y canela. Es perfecta para esos momentos en los que el cuerpo te pide algo dulce!
